Customer Service/New Account Information

NEW ACCOUNTS

To open an account, call our office with the following information:

• Customer name
• Service address
• Phone number
• Billing address
• Property owner's name and address

GARBAGE SERVICE IS MANDATORY IN PACIFICA.

Recycling bins are supplied by Coastside Scavenger.
Customers are required to purchase their own garbage cans.

SPECIAL PICKUPS

• Special pickups are done Monday through Friday between the hours of 10am and 2pm. Items must be at the curb by 10am.  To get same day pickup, you must call our office before 10am.  Charges are determined by weight and volume.
• Appliances, mattresses, furniture, and all recyclable material may be brought to the recycling lot at no charge.
• Refrigerators, freezers, TVs, computer monitors, propane tanks, toilets, and tires can be dropped off for a fee.

BILLING

• Bills are for 2 months--one month in advance and one month in arrears.
• PAYING TO THE END OF THE YEAR DOES NOT INCLUDE RATE INCREASES, SPECIAL PICKUPS, OR EXTRA CHARGES.
• Bills may be paid:

• If you are paying online through your bank, your correct 8 digit account number and service address are needed for accurate posting.
• We do not accept credit/debit card payments.
• For billing inquiries, call (650) 355-9000x28 Monday through Friday, 8am to noon and 1pm to 4pm.
